This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, courses, subscriptions, and memberships sold by Investors Point of View LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a full money-back guarantee subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Course Progress: A refund is available only if you have viewed no more than two chapters.
- Full Access Policy: If you have completed the majority or the entirety of the course, all materials remain yours for download and use; therefore, no refund will be issued in such cases.
- How to Apply: Please send your refund request to office@investorspov.com.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Subscription products (including membership access, Discord community access, or any recurring billing products) renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancelation stops future billing only - it does not generate refunds for past charges.
Legal Exception
Where required by applicable law, we will comply with any mandatory refund obligations.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Attempting to dispute a charge with your payment provider after receiving access to content or community violates our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to revoke access and/or pursue recovery of losses in such cases.
